Ready Products
Ready-made products and in-stock items are typically delivered within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Some products may require additional preparation or coordination depending on item size, installation requirements, or delivery location.
Custom Furniture Orders
Customized furniture orders are manufactured according to the customer’s selected design, size, materials, and finishes.
Production and delivery timelines for custom furniture are approximately 45 working days starting from the date of contract confirmation and initial payment.
Doors & WPC Products
Delivery timelines for doors, WPC products, and special production items are subject to the approved production schedule and project requirements.
Estimated timelines will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
Installation Process
Our delivery and installation team will coordinate with the customer before delivery to arrange a suitable installation appointment.
Please ensure:
• The installation area is accessible and ready
• Measurements and entry access are suitable for the ordered products
• Someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery
Additional installation requirements or modifications requested on-site may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
Delays Disclaimer
